Malik Engineers manufactures Hot Rubber Extruders in screw sizes of 50, 65, 75, 100, 150, and 200 mm, suitable for processing warm rubber into hoses, tubing, profiles, sections, tire treads, cables, and related products. The specially designed screw and temperature-controlled barrel ensure efficient processing, reduced risk of scorching, and consistent product quality. Modified screw designs are also available for processing heat-sensitive silicone rubber.
Our range also includes Cold Rubber Extruders, featuring longer L/D ratios and temperature-controlled processing for improved mixing, homogenization, and product quality. These systems are ideal for processing raw rubber strips and compounds requiring precise heating and cooling control.
Additionally, we offer Dispersion Kneaders in 10, 35, and 55-liter capacities for rubber compounding applications. Equipped with temperature-controlled mixing chambers and counter-rotating rotors, these systems ensure efficient mixing, uniform compound preparation, and reliable industrial performance.
