Descriptions

Food Extruders are used for processing a wide variety of food cereals into products such as snack pellets, RTE snacks, breakfast cereals, pre-cooked flours, starches, soy nuggets, aqua feed, fortified rice, baby food, dal analogue, and pasta products including macaroni, vermicelli, and spaghetti.

Our range includes HTST (High Temperature Short Residence Time) Cookers/Gelatinizers, High Shear Adiabatic Extruders, Low Shear Extruders (Formers), and Collette Extruders, each designed for specific food processing applications. Pellet products are produced using HTST Cookers and Formers, while High Shear Extruders are used for expanded snacks, corn curls, soy nuggets, and floating aqua feed. Low Shear Extruders are ideal for pasta production and modified starch applications.

To ensure product stability and safe packaging, excess moisture is removed using Continuous Belt Dryers with multi-deck conveying systems for continuous operation. We also offer specialized Fry-Type Collette Extruders for producing fried corn curls and similar snack products using a unique high-shear cooking process. This comprehensive range enables manufacturers to produce a diverse variety of food products with consistent quality and efficient processing.
